Apparently GearHost changed billing systems and is now claiming we have not paid our monthly bill. We pay yearly and are paid through November of this year. Because of this billing issue our website is down. I have had a trouble ticket open with them for 3 days and they still have not corrected their problem!
Our business is being affected by their billing problems and apparently there is nothing I can do but wait for their billing department to audit our account and decide that we are not behind on payments and this is completely their fault!!!
Their support sucks!!
